Jio Platforms set to launch India's biggest ever IPO on 21 October

Jio Platforms, the digital arm of Reliance Industries, plans to launch its initial public offering on 21 October 2026, seeking to raise about 3.8 billion US dollars, which would make it India's biggest ever stock market listing, surpassing Hyundai Motor India's 2.9 billion dollar listing in 2024. The shares are expected to list on 28 October. Jio Platforms counts Meta and Google among its major foreign investors, and most of the IPO proceeds are set to go toward repaying debt owed by its telecoms division.
