Consider the following pairs of a body or term under Part IXA of the Constitution of India and the threshold attached to it:

1. District Planning Committee : not less than four-fifths of its members elected by, and from amongst, the elected members of the district-level Panchayat and the Municipalities in the district

2. Metropolitan Planning Committee : not less than four-fifths of its members elected by, and from amongst, the elected members of the Municipalities and Chairpersons of the Panchayats in the area

3. Metropolitan area : an area having a population of ten lakhs or more, specified as such by the Governor by public notification

4. Wards Committees : to be constituted within the territorial area of a Municipality having a population of three lakhs or more
